Delivery Time:
Normally 2 – 3 days depending on your location.
Order value R1 – R1999: R80 door to door courier
Order value R2000 and higher: Free door to door courier.
All orders to Postnet: R120
Returns
You may return the product within 10 working days in the following instances:

You have ordered the wrong item. You may either exchange for another item or ask for a refund. The product must still be in its original condition and the packaging undamaged. Items are returned at the risk and expense of the customer.

If the item is deemed defective (have a manufacturing defect). The product must still be in its original condition and packaging. The return cost will be refunded if confirmed after inspection by us that the item is indeed defective.

In all cases strings that have been removed from its packaging (normally resulting in the packaging being damaged) or fitted to an instrument, are not returnable.
